Request

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Sales / Inside Sales / FAE / Presales, or technical roles in electronics manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of PCB, PCBA, BOM, electronic components, Gerber files, DFM/DFT.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and product documentation.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in SMT / EMS / PCBA environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Job description

1. Business Development & Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire new customers in electronics, IoT devices, EMS, ODM/OEM sectors.
  • Present Makipos factory capabilities: PCB, PCBA, SMT, DIP, FCT, test jig, NPI, ...
  • Reach out to customers via meetups, LinkedIn, onsite visits, Tech Days, and Expos.

2. Technical Consulting

  • Have a solid understanding of PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes, machinery capabilities, SMT lines, BOM, Gerber files, and panelization.
  • Receive Gerber/BOM from customers and coordinate with Engineering/PE teams to assess manufacturability (DFM check).
  • Explain technical requirements to customers, including tolerances, PCB materials, components, and testing requirements (ICT/FCT).

Quotation – Negotiation – Deal Closing

  • Prepare quotations based on BOM data, SMT/DIP processes, testing costs, and lead time.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (MOQ, pricing, lead time, payment terms).
  • Prepare contract documentation and coordinate with Back-office / Legal teams for completion.

Order Management & Production Coordination

  • Track PCBA production progress at Makipos factory.
  • Work closely with Planning, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Production teams to ensure committed schedules are met.
  • Directly handle customer issues arising during the production process.

Customer Care & Revenue Growth

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyze revenue data and order frequency; propose value-added service packages (VCT, FCT, box-build).
  • Collect customer feedback to improve processes and product quality.
