Request

  • College/University degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management, supply chain, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Infor or similar).
  • Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, traceability, warehouse safety.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, 5S, and ESD control.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including ≥2 years in warehouse management at a manufacturing company (electronics preferred).
  • Experience in ERP implementation or operation.
  • Strong personnel management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, inventory management, and Excel/ERP usage.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Basic English for reading documents and ERP operations (TOEIC ≥ 500 is an advantage).

Job description

1. Warehouse Operations Management

  • Develop and implement inbound-outbound-inventory procedures in compliance with ERP standards.
  • Control inbound processes: quantity verification, document matching, and ERP updates.
  • Organize outbound shipments for production and customers: correct quantity, correct item code, on time.
  • Supervise loading/unloading activities, forklift operations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage scientific warehouse arrangement, ensuring FIFO/FEFO and minimizing errors.

2. Inventory Management & Traceability

  • Conduct periodic inventory checks (cycle count, stock take) and handle stock discrepancies.
  • Oversee labeling, barcoding, and batch/lot recording to ensure full traceability.
  • Manage dock-to-stock KPI, ensuring inbound items are processed within ≤ 60 minutes.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for the Board of Directors.

3. Warehouse Staff Management

  • Assign tasks to warehouse personnel, forklift operators, and material handlers.
  • Train staff on ERP processes, FIFO principles, and ESD control.
  • Evaluate performance and propose rewards, disciplinary actions, or reallocations.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Planning/Purchasing to schedule material receipts and deliveries.
  • Work with QA/QC to inspect material quality and handle NCR cases.
  • Support Production with timely material preparation (Just-in-Time).
  • Coordinate with Logistics/Forwarders regarding transportation and import-export documentation (if any).

5. Continuous Improvement & System Development

  • Propose initiatives to improve warehouse productivity and reduce inbound/outbound lead time.
  • Participate in ERP implementation and improvement related to warehouse operations.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs and standard operating guidelines for warehouse personnel.
