Job Description:
1. Quality Management System Development & Operation:
- Establish, maintain, and improve QMS, internal audit processes, and ISO/IATF documentation system.
- Lead PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and PPAP activities as required by customers/plant.
2. QA/QC Team Management:
- Assign, supervise, and evaluate the work of QA/QC Engineers and QC Inspectors.
- Train and coach the team on quality tools, 7QC tools, ESD, and IPC standards.
3. Product & Process Quality Assurance:
- Supervise IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC inspection activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop/implement CAPA.
4. Audit & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead internal audits and support external audits (customers, certification bodies).
- Propose improvement initiatives to reduce PPM, increase FPY, and enhance quality control efficiency.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the focal point in working with Production, PE, Planning, and Warehouse to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in supplier evaluations together with Purchasing/Supplier Quality teams.
6. Advisory & Coordination Role:
- Participate in Interview Panels and Technical Committees.
- Report progress, quality issues, and resource status to the Plant Management Board
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and the 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards in electronic manufacturing.
- Understanding of quality statistical tools and improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 8D, 5Why).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC within electronic manufacturing, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial/lead role.
- Experience in setting up QA/QC systems for new factories is a strong advantage.
- Strong management and leadership skills in QA/QC teams.
- Ability to analyze quality data, solve problems, and make decisions.
- Effective communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good command of English for technical discussions, document comprehension, and working with international customers/partners (TOEIC ≥ 600).
- ISO/IATF Lead Auditor or IPC Specialist certification is a strong advantage.
