Job Description
1. Warehouse Operations Management
-
Develop and implement warehouse inbound–outbound–inventory procedures in alignment with ERP standards.

Control inbound process: receiving, counting, document verification, and ERP updating.
-
Organize outbound operations for production and customers: correct quantity, correct items, on-time delivery.
-
Manage loading/unloading, forklift operations, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
-
Supervise scientific storage layout, compliance with FIFO/FEFO, and minimize errors.
2. Inventory Management & Traceability
-
Conduct periodic cycle counts and stock takes; handle inventory discrepancies.
-
Monitor labeling, barcoding, and batch/lot recording to ensure traceability.
-
Manage dock-to-stock KPI, ensuring inbound goods are processed within ≤ 60 minutes.
-
Provide regular inventory reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the Board of Directors.
3. Warehouse Staff Management
-
Assign tasks to warehouse staff, forklift drivers, and material handlers.
-
Train employees on ERP procedures, FIFO, and ESD control.
-
Evaluate staff performance, propose rewards, disciplinary actions, or reassignments.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration
-
Work with Planning/Purchasing teams to schedule material receipt and deliveries.
-
Coordinate with QA/QC on material quality inspections and NCR handling.
-
Support Production by preparing just-in-time materials.
-
Liaise with Logistics/Forwarders on transportation and import–export documentation (if any).
5. Improvement & Systems
-
Propose solutions to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce inbound–outbound lead time.

Participate in ERP implementation and continuous improvement for warehouse operations.

Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs and standard operating guidelines for warehouse staff.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent.

Solid knowledge of warehouse management, supply chain, ERP operations (SAP/Oracle/Infor or similar).

Familiar with FIFO/FEFO standards, traceability, and warehouse safety.
-
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, 5S, and ESD control.
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing, with at least 2 years in a warehouse management role at a manufacturing company (electronics industry preferred).

Hands-on experience with ERP implementation/operation.

Strong skills in people management, planning, and organizing.

Proficiency in data analysis, inventory control, Excel, and ERP usage.

Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-
Basic English for document reading and ERP usage (TOEIC ≥ 500 is an advantage).
